The ‘This Can Happen Awards’ celebrate corporate wellbeing excellence and are the gold standard of mental wellbeing awards in the UK. They recognise the impact that positive mental health attitudes has on business and competition is extremely tough.
The ‘This Can Happen Awards’ champion best practice and Business Mental Wellbeing is shortlisted in the New Consultancy category.
We’ve been shortlisted because we demonstrated clearly the benefit to a business of using a bespoke 1:1 approach. We provided evidence of meaningful and valuable benefits to the organisations that use our services and who delivered powerful testimonials.
“Business Mental Wellbeing is a great consultancy that has made a real impact. Well done! We’ve got some fabulous feedback from your client – especially the positive impact on reducing presenteeism and absenteeism,” said the judges.
CEO and Founder, Craig Fearn, said: “We’re delighted to make this shortlist. I‘m personally humbled to be on a list with the likes of Pepsi and Sainsbury’s. Those massive organisations are doing great things to champion employee wellbeing – and we’re so new in this field, by comparison.
“Mental wellbeing in the workplace has never been more important than now. Across the UK, businesses face huge and unprecedented change and challenges to working norms. I’m based in Cornwall but work with clients across the UK and beyond – and I’m delighted to be nominated.”
